Our Chefs have paired 4 scratch-made courses utilizing as much local flavor and ingredients as possible in each dish then cooked and served with their corresponding barrel aged beer (listed below).
This is our "Turf" themed dinner and One of TWO final full tapping of the 2023 barreled beers. We couldn't be more delighted to pair them with the immense skill our chefs have shown.

- Aperitif: "See You Never" - IPA in an Elijah Craig Whiskey barrel 8.3%
- First course: Gua Bao (pork belly bao bun). House-made bao buns, fried pork belly, sesame, ginger, and scallions paired with "Parzival": Traditional Bochet Mead aged in an Anchorage Distillery barrel 12.6%
- Second course: Pomegranate & roasted walnut duck confit salad. Arugula, lemon vinaigrette, goat cheese, and a fried duck egg paired with "Feirefiz": Soured black braggot spontaneously fermented and aged in a Hungarian oak barrel 9.3%
- Intermission: "Mommy Juice" - Imperial seltzer aged in cognac barrel 13.2%
- Third course: 21 day In-House Dry-Aged Ribeye. Mushroom & herb risotto, chimichurri, and pickled golden beets paired with "All Trash Burns": Winter warmer aged in a Makers Mark barrel 7.6%
- Fourth course: Chocolate mousse. Raspberry coulis and salted caramel paired with "The Ambassador": Imperial breakfast stout aged in an Elijah Craig barrel 11.6%
